The average amount of time a CEO spends reading blogs is 20-30 minutes a day.  Keep in mind the average amount of time it takes to write a single blog is 3-4 hours. Why are you investing your time like that? Imagine investing your money the same way. Spend $2,000 - $4,000--like hours--to only get 200 - 300 bucks? Yes, that is a bad investment.

Instead, spend 10 -15 minutes writing a miniblog when you have a small gap of time in your schedule. A meeting stops early? Great, now write a miniblog. Got 5 minutes? Good. Use it build your brand, not scroll mindlessly.

3 Keys of reading/writing miniblogs:
- Stay Informed Quickly. If you find something worth diving deeper into, then you can. Upwards of 80% of searches have informational intent -compose.ly. In other words, give people the answer directly and leave the fluff behind.
-Establish Expertise and Brand Authority. I once was told that if you can't explain something to a 4th grader, then you don't actually know it. Ever teach a 4th grader? I have, they have very short attention spans. Meaning, short and direct answers have more value.
-Strengthen Networks. Quick and consistent information builds trust. I once was told trust is built only through consistency. Good or Bad, doesn't matter. If you show up on time every day, you're trusted to be on time. If you're late everyday... well, you get the point.
