All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive the right to request a refund.



2. Exceptions for Specific Products

We understand that there may be certain circumstances where a refund might be appropriate. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund policy only for products explicitly stated as eligible for a refund. These products will be clearly marked as eligible for a refund.



3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund on specified products, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be explicitly stated as eligible for a refund.

- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Proof of purchase must be provided.

- The product must not have been used or accessed beyond the point of usability that would provide significant value.

2. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.



5. Approval and Issuance of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.



6. Non-Refundable Situations

- Any digital product that is not explicitly stated as eligible for a refund.

- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date (date of purchase is day 1 then an additional 29 days, by close of business US/Central Time).

- Products that have been significantly used or accessed (example, access 25% or more of digital courses).

- Any additional costs incurred by you related to the purchase, including but not limited to currency exchange fees, transaction fees, or any other charges.



7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
